Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after being placed unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Exceptions include preorders and made-to-order products, which will be clearly listed on product pages.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Orders are fulfilled by our partner Micromerch from the United States. Unfortunately, at this time there are some countries we're unable to ship to, as follows:

Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). For countries that do not allow items to be shipped as DDP, the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes.
